Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

Settey is a free service that lets you publish your social accounts, the devices you use and your in-game settings on a single public page.

The Operator may change, extend or discontinue the Service without notice.

2. Accounts

Using the Service requires signing in with a Google account.

You are responsible for your own account and must not let anyone else use it.

If the information you register turns out to be false, the Operator may suspend or delete the account.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If you are a minor, use it with the consent of a parent or guardian; using it as a minor is taken to mean that consent has been given.

3. Your handle

You choose the handle that forms your public URL. You may change it at any time; the previous URL stops working immediately and becomes available to others.

The Operator may withhold words needed to run the Service, and words likely to infringe someone's rights.

A handle using a third party's trademark or name in a way that could impersonate or mislead may be withdrawn without notice.

4. What you must not do

When using the Service you must not:

• break the law or public order
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your relationship with anyone
• infringe copyright, trademarks, likeness rights, privacy or any other right
• publish false information
• advertise or direct people to cheat software, account trading, real money trading, or anything else that breaks a game's own terms
• publish or link to adult, dating, gambling or other content the Operator considers inappropriate
• interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable load on it
• use information obtained through the Service commercially without permission
• do anything else the Operator reasonably considers inappropriate

5. What you publish

You are responsible for everything you publish through the Service.

You confirm that you hold the rights needed to publish the text and images you post (including your icon and screenshots of device software), or have the rights holder's permission.

You keep the copyright and other rights in what you publish. You grant the Operator a free licence to use it as far as needed to provide the Service, including showing it on your public page and in link previews and converting it to suitable sizes and formats.

The Operator is not obliged to monitor published content, but may remove content or suspend an account without notice where these terms are broken.

If you believe something on the Service (including the device pictures and team logos the Operator publishes) infringes your copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights, write to contact@nolozy.com with the page URL and your reasons. It will be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

6. External links

The Service contains links to sites run by others, such as social networks and shops.

Those sites' operators are responsible for their content and for any purchase you make there. Except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from them.

7. Advertising and affiliate links

Buy links on device entries may be affiliate links. Where they are, the Operator may receive a commission if you buy through them.

Commission does not affect which devices are listed or the order they appear in.

As an Amazon Associate, Settey earns from qualifying purchases.

Advertising in the Service's ad slots is labelled "PR" to set it apart from what users publish.

8. Trademarks and relationship with other companies

Game titles, device and product names, team names, and the names and logos of social networks and other services shown on the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. The Service uses them only to identify what they refer to.

The Service is not affiliated with, and is not sponsored, approved or endorsed by, any game developer or publisher, device maker, team or social network.

Settey isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. VALORANT and League of Legends are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Portions of the materials used are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Epic Games, Inc. The Service is not official and is not endorsed by Epic Games, Inc.

In-game settings on the Service are what each user reports about their own setup. They are not official recommendations from any game company, and the Operator does not guarantee their accuracy.

9. Interruptions

The Operator may suspend all or part of the Service without notice for maintenance, faults or other unavoidable reasons.

Except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

10. Deleting an account

You can delete your account at any time. Your profile, public page, saved information and uploaded images are erased, and you cannot bring them back. Database backups kept in case of failure still hold them for up to 30 days, but are used only to recover from a failure, never to restore a single account (see section 11 of the Privacy Policy).

The Operator may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, without notice.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided free of charge and without warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose, or continued availability.

Except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the Service.

The Operator does not undertake to back up your data and, except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, is not liable if it is lost.

12. Changes to these terms

Under Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan, the Operator may revise these terms where the change is in users' general interest, or where it is consistent with the purpose of these terms and reasonable in light of the need for it, the appropriateness of the new terms and other circumstances.

The revised terms and the date they take effect will be published on the Service before that date. A change to your disadvantage will be announced at least 7 days before it takes effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court for the Operator's place of residence, as the court of first instance.
